At BAF Custom Creations | Bookee Bags, each handmade product is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted just for you. Because of the custom nature of our pieces, our process is intentionally slower than mass production—ensuring exceptional quality and a truly one-of-a-kind result.

Processing Time

All handbags are made to order.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your item is ready to ship.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is completed and on its way.

Rush Orders

Need your bag sooner? We offer a limited number of Rush Order slots each week.

  • Rush orders are completed within 7–10 business days
  • A rush fee will apply and is available as an add-on at checkout (or by request)

Please note:

  • Rush availability is limited to maintain quality craftsmanship
  • If your timeline is important, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm availability

Shipping Time & Carriers

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination)

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, and all orders include tracking.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information
